When wine departs the darkness of the cellar, it reveals itself with name and curious sight. Served, it cares little for glory or prestige. It has everything it needs. It offers itself the same way it develops in spirit and on the palate: joyfully, playfully, with dreamy moments yet always a tad nonchalant.

Bookings for tastings are highly recommended, as this is the only way to guarantee your preferred date. To book, please email us at tasting@edisimcic.si, and include in the email: the date and time of your desired arrival (see timetable above) and the number of people. You can choose the type of tasting upon arrival.
You can choose between a KLASIK tasting (6 samples, €35/person) and a PREMIUM tasting (8 samples, €55/person). Both tastings include a guided tour of our cellar and snacks accompanying the wines, lasting approximately one and a half hours. For more information on each tasting, see below.

6 wine samples from the lines Klasik and Lex
Discover our lines Klasik and Lex, created in harmony with the nature of the Goriška Brda and for years the signature of Edi Simčič brand quality. Tasting includes a guided tour of the cellar and snacks.

8 wine samples from the lines Lex and Single Vineyard
The Premium wine tasting presents our most exclusive sites and blends. The selection features wines from the lines Lex and Single Vineyard, and selected wines of older vintages in magnum bottles. Tasting includes a guided tour of the cellar and snacks.

Gift vouchers
Both tastings can be given as a gift voucher for one or two people.

Send us an inquiry for the voucher of your choice to info@edisimcic.si and we will reply with an invoice attached. Once you have paid, we will send you the voucher in physical form to your desired address. In case of a tight deadline, we can also send you the voucher in digital form. The date of the tasting does not need to be fixed in advance.
